uses),

258 acres of permanent agricultural uses (The Farm),

satellite campus for Cal Sate Fullerton,

affordable housing for CSU and UCI faculty,

public golf course,
-
exposition/museum centers (554 acres),

300 acres for expansion of the State Fairgrounds, including equestrian
uses,

100 contiguous acres to accommodate the uses requested by the County of
Orange, and

land to accommodate OCTA's need for bus maintenance yard and other uses.
12% will be private uses.
