EIR 573 projects two Orange County airports, John Wayne (JWA) and El Toro (OCX) to serve 34.2 million annual passengers (MAP) in 2020:

Orange County will stop using LAX and will import 6.3 million air travelers to our roads and skies:
Currently, between 4 and 5 MAP of OC residents and visitors use LAX and Ontario. The EIR assumes that this number will drop to 0.7 MAP.
